Experience and Quality

Experience and education are important qualifications to consider when selecting a home inspector. Home inspectors require specialized training, knowledge and communication skills that differ substantially from those of other building professions. Joe Abate possesses all of these skills.

In order to be New Jersey State licensed, one must attend several hundred hours of home inspection courses, pass a series of rigorous tests, provide Errors and Omissions Insurance, and obtain 40 hours of continuing education credits bi-annually. New Jersey licensed home inspectors are required to abide by the New Jersey's State strict Code of Ethics. These are very important qualifications when selecting your home inspector.

The inspector/business owner, Joe Abate, of House 2 Home inspection Services is a New Jersey State licensed professional home inspector with formal degrees in Engineering and Management. All inspections performed by House 2 Home Inspections meet the detailed, high standards of practice set forth by the State of New Jersey. Joe is also a good standing member of a professional organization known as the New Jersey Association of Professional Home Inspectors (NJ-ALPHI).

All home buyers are encouraged to attend the inspection. It is conducted as a mini-seminar providing valuable information pertaining to the property. Inspections are conveniently scheduled seven days a week, so that the home buyer can attend the inspection, ask questions, and discuss specific concerns. Our service does not stop when the inspection is finished. We are available for
